Horayot (“Decisions”) is the last tractate in Seder Nezikin (“Order of Damages"). Its three chapters discuss erroneous rulings of the court, inadvertent sins of kings, High Priests, or political leaders, and the sacrifices brought as atonement. The conclusion of the tractate addresses the statuses of various members of the Jewish people and how to prioritize them when necessary.
