The Minchat Chinukh (“Offering of Education”, a play-on-words referencing a Temple sacrifice of the same name) is a legal commentary on the Sefer HaChinukh. It does not present practical conclusions but rather conceptual analysis, posing questions, problems, and uncommon test cases. Many subsequent commentaries were written on the Minchat Chinukh, and it is considered an important starting point for theoretical analysis of the commandments.
