Piskei Challah is a 13th-century short work by the Rashba (Rabbi Shlomo ben Avraham ibn Aderet) about separating challah, a portion of dough given to priests. Though printed only twice before the 20th century, several early commentators, like the Meiri, had access to manuscripts and quoted the work often.
