Tractate Megillah (“Scroll”) is located in Seder Moed (“the Order of Festivals”). Its four chapters discuss the laws of reading the scroll of Esther on the holiday of Purim, of public reading of the Torah and of Prophets, and of treatment and selling of sacred objects and synagogues.
