Wasting famine, ravaging plague, deadly pestilence, and fanged beasts I will let loose against them, with poisonous creepers in dust.
לִזְחֹל liz’hol (שֹׁרֶשׁ ז.ח.ל)
- To crawl
זַחַל (zahal) = Caterpillar
מִזְחֶלֶת (mizhelet) = Sled
זוֹחֲלִים (zohalim) = Reptiles
Find the Word!
Guess what? You won’t find this שֹׁרֶשׁ (shoresh, root) anywhere else in Tanakh. This is the only place it appears! Pretty cool, right?!
