הִנֵּ֨ה אָנֹכִ֜י שֹׁלֵ֤חַ מַלְאָךְ֙ לְפָנֶ֔יךָ לִשְׁמׇרְךָ֖ בַּדָּ֑רֶךְ וְלַהֲבִ֣יאֲךָ֔ אֶל־הַמָּק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֲכִנֹֽתִי׃ הִשָּׁ֧מֶר מִפָּנָ֛יו וּשְׁמַ֥ע בְּקֹל֖וֹ אַל־תַּמֵּ֣ר בּ֑וֹ כִּ֣י לֹ֤א יִשָּׂא֙ לְפִשְׁעֲכֶ֔ם כִּ֥י שְׁמִ֖י בְּקִרְבּֽוֹ׃ כִּ֣י אִם־שָׁמ֤וֹעַ תִּשְׁמַע֙ בְּקֹל֔וֹ וְעָשִׂ֕יתָ כֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֣ר אֲדַבֵּ֑ר וְאָֽיַבְתִּי֙ אֶת־אֹ֣יְבֶ֔יךָ וְצַרְתִּ֖י אֶת־צֹרְרֶֽיךָ׃ כִּֽי־יֵלֵ֣ךְ מַלְאָכִי֮ לְפָנֶ֒יךָ֒ וֶהֱבִֽיאֲךָ֗ אֶל־הָֽאֱמֹרִי֙ וְהַ֣חִתִּ֔י וְהַפְּרִזִּי֙ וְהַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֔י הַחִוִּ֖י וְהַיְבוּסִ֑י וְהִכְחַדְתִּֽיו׃
I am sending a messenger before you to guard you on the way and to bring you to the place that I have made ready. Pay heed to him and obey him. Do not defy him, for he will not pardon your offenses, since My Name is in him; but if you obey him and do all that I say, I will be an enemy to your enemies and a foe to your foes. When My messenger goes before you and brings you to the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, and I annihilate them,
הָא אֲנָא שָׁלַח מַלְאָכָא קֳדָמָךְ לְמִטְרָךְ בְּאָרְחָא וּלְאָעֳלוּתָךְ לְאַתְרָא דִאַתְקֵנִית: אִסְתַּמַּר מִן קֳדָמוֹהִי וְקַבֵּל לְמֵימְרֵהּ לָא תְסָרֵב לְקִבְלֵהּ אֲרֵי לָא יִשְׁבּוֹק לְחוֹבֵיכוֹן אֲרֵי בִשְׁמִי מֵימְרֵהּ: אֲרֵי אִם קַבָּלָא תְקַבֵּל לְמֵימְרֵהּ וְתַעְבֵּד כֹּל דֶאֱמַלֵל וְאֶסְנֵי יָת סָנְאָךְ וְאָעִיק לְדִמְעִיקִין לָךְ: אֲרֵי יְהַךְ מַלְאָכִי קֳדָמָךְ וְיָעֵלִנָךְ לְוָת אֱמוֹרָאֵי וְחִתָּאֵי וּפְרִיזָאֵי וּכְנַעֲנָאֵי חִוָאֵי וִיבוּסָאֵי וֶאֱשֵׁצִנוּן:
Behold, I will send an angel before you, to guard you on the way, and to bring you to the place that I have prepared. Be careful in his presence and heed [obey] his voice [word]. Do not rebel against him; for he cannot bear [pardon] your transgression, as [in] My Name is in him [his word]. But if you truly listen to [obey] his voice [word], and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and attack those who attack you. My messenger will go before you, and will bring you into [the land of] the Emorites, the Chittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, Chivites, and the Yevusites, and I will then annihilate them.
הָא אֲנָא מְשַׁגֵּר מַלְאָכָא קֳדָמָךְ לְמִטְרָךְ בְּאָרְחָא וּלְאַעֲלוּתָךְ לַאֲתַר שְׁכִינְתִּי דְאִיתְקֵינִית אִיזְדַהַר מִן קֳדָמוֹי וְקַבֵּיל לְמֵימְרֵיהּ לָא תְסָרֵיב עַל מִילוֹי אֲרוּם לָא יִשְׁבּוֹק לְחוֹבֵיכוֹן אֲרוּם בִּשְׁמִי מֵימְרֵיהּ אֲרוּם אִין קַבָּלָא תְקַבֵּיל לְמֵימְרֵיהּ וְתַעֲבֵיד כָּל דַּאֲמַלֵּיל עַל יְדוֹי וְאַסְגֵי יַת סַנְאָךְ וְאָעִיק לְמֵיעִיקְיָךְ אֲרוּם יְטַיֵיל מַלְאָכִי קֳדָמָךְ וְיֵעָלִינָךְ לְוַת אֱמוֹרָאֵי וְחִיתָּאֵי וּפְרִיזָאֵי וּכְנַעֲנָאֵי חִיוָאֵי וִיבוּסָאֵי וְאֵישֵׁיצִינוּן
Behold, I will send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee in to the place of My habitation which I have prepared. Be circumspect before Him, and obey His word, and be not rebellious against His words; for He will not forgive your sins, because His word is in My Name. For if thou wilt indeed hearken to His Word, and do all that I speak by Him, I will be the enemy of thy enemy, and will trouble them who trouble thee. For My Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee to the Amoraee, and Pherizaee, and Kenaanaee, Hivaee, and Jebusaee; and I will destroy them.
